B.ED Course
A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is an undergraduate professional degree which prepares students for work as a teacher in schools. It is one of the noble profession. It is an essential qualification required for post of Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) i.e Secondary classes school teachers. However, it may be noted those who wish to become school teachers of senior secondary classes need to have a post-graduation degree along with B.Ed degree.
Duration : Two years (with annual examination system).
Eligibility : 50% Marks either in Graduation or Post Graduation.
Admission will be made on the basis of merit of qualifying exam directly by college.
For Science & Mathematics group: B.Sc or B.Sc(Hons.) or B.Sc. (Home Science) or B.Sc (Agriculture) or B.A with mathematics or Master’s degree in Science or Mathematics or an Examination recognized as equivalent thereto with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate (Minimum 47.5% marks in case of SC candidates) with at least one school subject at the graduation level.
For Humanities & Commerce Group: B.A or B.A (Hons.) or B.Com or M.A or M.Com or Shastri with English as an additional subject ir an Examination recognized as equivalent thereto with minimum 50% marks in the aggregate (Minimum 47.5% marks in case of SC candidates) with at least one school subject at the graduation level.
AGE CRITERIA
For B.Ed/M.Ed admissions in our college, there is NO age bar.
SCOPE OF B.ED COURSE IN GOVT/PVT JOBS
After completing B.Ed course, candidates are eligible to be hired as teachers. Students can become teachers at the primary, secondary and senior secondary levels in private / Govt. schools. So, before applying for Government or Private school jobs, one must has the aptitude to make a difference in this field. Candidates need to ensure that they possess the mentioned skills:

It may be noted that after clearing B.Ed, candidates also need to appear for Teacher Eligibility Tests (TETs) such as CTET, HTET, UPTET, REET etc. if they wish to be recruited as teachers in government schools such as Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) and Sarvodaya Vidyalayas (SVs). Also, now days Private schools also require TET certificate for teaching jobs.

As it is mentioned above that college is having limited seats in B.Ed/M.Ed courses and have authority of direct admission, so, to save yourself from admission rush or finishing of seats, prior registration is advisable. After registration, candidate’s admission request is reserved with college. College itself contact to the candidate for admission process and documentation.

M.ED Course
The Master of Education (M.Ed.) is a post graduate professional degree awarded in education. It is often conferred for educators advancing in their field. The programme focuses on different aspects of education including instruction, curriculum, counselling, leadership, and educational technology. The course is offered in various subjects and specialisations. After the completion of the MEd course, candidates can choose to work not only as teachers but also as counsellors, administrators, headmasters, etc.
Duration : Two years ( with semester wise examination system ) divided into four semesters.
Eligibility : 50% Marks in B.ED (Bachelor of Education).
Admission will be made on the basis of merit of qualifying exam directly by college
For General 50% in B.Ed.
For SC/ST 47.5 in B.Ed.
